A second doctor in England is being punished for helping mothers save their unborn babies from abortion through abortion pill reversal treatments.
Christianity Daily reports the United Kingdom Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service recently prohibited Dr. Dermot Kearney from providing the life-saving treatment for the next 18 months as an investigation into his practice continues.
Kearney, a pro-life advocate and former president of the Catholic Medical Association, is one of a few doctors in the UK who provides the abortion pill reversal treatment.
The treatment has been credited with saving more than 2,000 babies’ lives across the world, and research indicates that it is safe and effective. An updated application of a treatment used for decades to prevent miscarriage, it reverses the effects of the abortion drug mifepristone with doses of progesterone.
However, abortion activists are trying to discredit it, calling it unproven and dangerous, and in the UK, at least two doctors have been punished for providing the treatment to mothers who seek it out after they regret their abortions….
